Sucker for Poems

Was it the note or the poem?
"The Note. The poems suck
-- but the Notes are great."
Note: It happened on May 12, 1996 just the way the poem described it. Del usually reads his poems and notes in early drafts right after he word processes them. He prints the Note right after the Poem so she can read them both. Don't remember which serial poem it was, but it was a recent one.
